Broadway Floral proudly serves Alexandria . We are a family owned and operated flower shop, conveniently located in the heart of Alexandria, just minutes from the Douglas County Hospital and Anderson Funeral home.
We are a busy flower shop that is committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. As of Jan 2019 we have added personalized LASER ENGRAVING to our services. We have an extensive selection of items to laser engrave from pens, keychains, tags for dogs, picture frames, crosses, boxes...great ideas in the store for confirmation, baptism, new babies, weddings and sympathy!

We are closed on Sundays, funeral deliveries only. Call 320.491.5051 afterhours for an emergency. Saturday deliveries will be made if in by 10am that morning.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
If substitutions are NOT allowed please "uncheck" the substitution box as you process through your order and we will call you to discuss appropriate substitutions. Please also give us a phone number that you CAN BE REACHED at, don't just give a home number when you are at work all day, also give us your cell number so we can do our best to reach you in a timely fashion so delivery can still be made on time.
We want to do our best to meet your expectations, so if substitutions are not allowed, the best policy is to call us with your requests and we can tell you if what you want is available or what we could do instead. Delivery Policy
We have a great delivery staff! They like their job, and it shows. They do their best to accomodate special requests. They've even been know to "sing" happy birthday when approriate!!A local delivery fee will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.) We will call you if more delivery is necessary. (We use email service to communicate with you about your order! We often times call ahead, if that is not acceptable, you must call and let us know. By calling ahead, we can better serve the recipient and ensure someone is home to recieve the delivery. By calling ahead this helps us keep our delivery charges down, by not having to make several trips to the same home during the day. AGAIN, if this is not acceptable, you must contact us with that information. We will not typically just "leave" a delivery unless directed to do so. We prefer to put in into the hands of the recipient. We will attempt to contact recipient several times throughout the day, if no contact is made by the second day we will call YOU, the sender. It is NOT uncommon to not find someone home, and to arrange delivery the next day. We realize that we all have busy, hectic lives and we go above and beyond to try to get your orders delivered, but in the event that no one is home, next day delivery is made! Orders for delivery here in Alexandria must be received before 2:00 p.m. to assure same-day delivery. If it is going by wire to another town, orders must be in by 10AM for same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. And there are NO guarenteed times during a holiday such as Valentines or Mothers Day. We are unable to make regular deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day, with the exception of funeral orders (these orders however must be recieved Saturday by 10am for a Sunday delivery).We will be happy to accept your outgoing international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept outgoing international orders over the Internet.
